1. What is TheEasydialer?TheEasyDialer is a Hosted Live Dialer,
2. How does TheEasyDialer work? TheEasyDialer improves the efficiency of your outbound telephone activities using 21st century using live caller software solutions. In addition to helping you reach up to 5 times as many customers or new prospects in a day, TED has a built-in, 1-touch voicemail feature that allows you to leave messages for your clients or future customers with the click of a button. TED also has a custom (and very easy to use) email feature which permits you to send an email to the person or business you are calling.
3. What about voice-broadcasting and automated telephone systems, can TheEasyDialer perform any of those functions? TED is simply a live caller dialer or personal dialing assistant which mimics the behavior of someone calling a customer or new prospect. TheEasyDialer works in conjunction with a live outbound caller (you) and does not make or leave pre-recorded sales messages. TED's primary function is to help you connect with more customers, faster, while saving you valuable time in order to help you run business and serve your customers more efficiently.
4. What do I need to start using the system? All you need to begin using TheEasyDialer is a computer (PC or MAC), a firm internet connection, a telephone (landline - copper or VoIP - or a cell-phone) and a valid credit card for billing. Getting start is fast, simple and easy!
5. Do I need to purchase any equipment or hardware to use TheEasyDialer?No, you do not need to purchase or acquire any equipment or hardware to use our system. You also do not need to download any applications to your computer than can slow things down. TheEasyDialer is a web-based, "hosted" telecommunications system that requires only the use of your computer (for an internet connection) and a telephone.
6. How long does it take to set up TheEasyDialer?Less than 5 minutes! As soon as you give us a little bit of information, we'll have your personal dialer system up and running... even if it's 2:30 in the morning!
7. Can I upload my own prospect list and leads?As a customer of TheEasyDialer Selling Solutions, you have the option of using your own lead lists that you purchase on your own or create in-house. You may also use one of our approved lead vendors, ResponsiveData and infoUSA. The choice is 100% yours.
8. How do I purchase these leads to make calls with my dialer?We offer high-quality, business opportunity prospects available through our lead partner store by ResponsiveData and also offer targeted consumer &business-to-business(B2B) lists through our other lead partner, infoUSA. Just look for "Buy leads" link.
9. Does TheEasyDialer include an autoresponder?No. TheEasyDialer will send ONE follow-up e-mail per call, per prospect but our system does not include an email autoresponder marketing system.
10. Can I add my own emails?Yes. You have a message library where you're allowed to enter as many custom email messages as you want.
11. What happens when TheEasyDialer sends an email... and the prospect clicks on the unsubscribe link in that email?*TheEasyDialer system will not send any additional e-mails to that person, even if you use TheEasyDialer to call them again.
12. How many pre-recorded voicemail messages can I have?TheEasyDialer does not limit the number of pre-recorded messages you can create. We let you create as many messages as you need them.
13. I have several businesses. Will I be able to use TheEasyDialer for all my businesses?You can use TheEasyDialer for as many different businesses as you need. Because our message library and voicemail recording system allows you to add unlimited messages, you can setup all the messages you need to work all your different businesses.

Does TheEasyDialer offer a referral program for introducing new customers?TheEasyDialer offers its customers an incredible referral program that helps people earn credits for referring friends, colleagues and business associates. 15. Can I dial more than one person at the same time? No. TheEasyDialer follows federal and state laws that make it illegal to call more than one person at the same time through dialing applications unless a live person can answer all of those calls. The benefit to you? Our state-of-the art technology helps you stay in compliance with Federal laws and ensures that there is no pause between the time a contact picks up the phone and the time that you are able to speak to them. Your prospects will never know you are using a dialing application.
16. Do you allow me to record my calls? No. It is a crime in many states to record a telephone call without the consent of everyone on the call. In fact, violation of these laws may cause the users of such a feature to pay substantial fines in the thousands of dollars, and spend time in jail. TED looks out for you! Its state-of-the art technology helps you to avoid accidentally violating these laws.
17. Do you have a feature that allows my other colleagues to listen to my calls? No. It is a crime in some states to listen in on a private telephone conversation without the consent of everyone on the telephone call. Violation of laws against eavesdropping may cause the user to face substantial fines and jail time. TheEasyDialer's state-of-the art technology helps you to avoid accidentally violating these criminal laws.
18. Is TED going to be effected by the new FTC rules on telemarketing calls?Absolutely not! TheEasyDialer does not make pre-recorded telephone calls or operate in any manner as a voice broadcasting system or predictive auto dialer. On August 19, 2008, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) released an order adopting new rules governing prerecorded telemarketing calls. These rule changes affect businesses that use prerecorded telemarketing calls to reach prospects and customers. In particular, the FTC will mandate, as of September 1, 2009, that prerecorded telemarketing calls may only be conducted if the seller has previously obtained from the recipient a signed, written agreement to receive sales calls. Sellers may obtain the consent electronically, where the form of signature is recognized as a valid signature under applicable law. The FTC exempted certain calls from this consent requirement, as discussed in greater detail below. Simply said, TED is your "personal dialing assistant" with benefits!

Does this mean state and federal telemarketing rules do not apply if I use TED?Whether you are calling on past customers or prospective business prospects, we highly advise all of our clients to comply with the law when using the telephone as a primary channel for communication and sales. 20. How much is the service and are there any long-term contracts or set-up fees?TheEasyDialer offers its clients a 2-tier pricing schedule. You can pay only $67.50 per month for 7.5 hours or for $149 you can use TED unlimited each month. Our billing cycle works month to month (no long-term contracts or setup fees) and you can cancel at any time.
21. How does the 15 Day FREE Trial offer work?This FREE trial offer gives you the ability to use TheEasyDialer with no cost out of pocket. To open an account, you must provide a valid credit card. You will NOT be charged. The system will ask you to select which package you would like to use (if you decide to use the system after the 15 days). After the trial period, if you love the system and wish to continue using TheEasyDialer, your credit card will be billed accordingly. Otherwise, you can cancel at any time. 22. How does the 30 day money back guarantee work?We are so confident that once you start using TheEasyDialer you won't want your business to ever be without it. Unfortunately, we live in an imperfect world. If for any reason (and we mean it) during the first 30 days of your 1st billing, you decide that TED is not for you, simply contact our customer service department in writing and a complete refund will be furnished. No questions asked. It's all about trust in this new economy.
23. What about long distance charges?You will be responsible for normal long-distance charges when dialing into TheEasyDialer network. However, there are no additional long-distance charges for the calls TheEasyDialer makes to your prospects.
24. Can I upgrade/downgrade my account at any time?Absolutely! If you need to change to a plan with fewer/more hours per month, just let us know. Your new plan would be effective with the next billing period.
25. Does TED offer me the ability to roll-over unused minutes from month to month?Yes! TheEasyDialer calling plans include rollover. This means unused minutes never get wasted and you get more bank for your investment with TED As long as you remain an active monthly subscriber, your time will be rolled over to the next monthly service period.
26. Is Tech Support included as part of the service or is there an additional cost?TheEasyDialer is extremely user friendly. But if for any reason you require additional support you can contact one of our live technical support reps who can assist you with anything related to the system.
